How do you source your crystals?
Honestly and as thoughtfully as I can. The crystal industry doesn’t yet have universal ethical-sourcing standards, so I won’t claim certified ethical origins for every stone — that wouldn’t be truthful. What I can promise: I choose suppliers I’ve personally researched, I favor ones who value responsible mining and transparency wherever possible, and I keep asking questions and learning. Every piece is hand-selected because I genuinely love it — not just to fill inventory.
What does "cleansed with intention" mean?
Before any piece ships, I cleanse it with sound, smoke, or moonlight — a small ritual that gives the stone (and you) a fresh page. It arrives ready, so your first act with it can be making it yours. The full ritual is written up in the Grimoire.
What is Crystal Confetti?
Our signature: a hand-blended scoop of tumbled stones, small carvings, and charms, mixed around a single intention — like Forest Witch for grounding and protection, or Tranquil Waters for calm. Each scoop is weighed, cleansed, and packed like a little ceremony. Custom scoops blended around YOUR intention are available too.
Are one-of-a-kind pieces really the exact stone in the photo?
Yes. Any piece marked "1 of 1" is photographed individually, and the piece in the photo is the piece that arrives at your door. When it finds its home, it’s gone for good.
Do crystals really heal?
Here’s my honest answer: crystals are companions to wellbeing, not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or medication. Their traditional meanings are folklore, ritual, and intention — a beautiful, tangible way to anchor what you’re working on. That’s what I promise, and it’s enough.
How should I care for my crystals?
It varies by stone — some love water and sun, some fade or soften with either. Every stone in our Crystal Library has its own care note. When in doubt: moonlight cleansing is safe for everything we carry.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re local to the 95222 area, choose local pickup and we’ll arrange a mutual meeting spot — and you’ll save the shipping.
How are orders packaged?
Carefully and a little ceremonially — wrapped, padded, and sent with small extra touches. Unboxing should feel like part of the gift, even when the gift is for yourself.
