Every piece is cleansed with intention — sound, smoke, or moonlight — then wrapped carefully and padded well, with the small extra touches our reviews mention. Unboxing is part of the gift, even when the gift is for you. One-of-a-kind specimens travel with extra armor.

• Orders are typically prepared within a few business days — cleansing isn't rushed.
• Everything ships tracked within the United States.
• Crystal Confetti and custom scoops are blended to order, so they may take a touch longer — worth it.

If something arrives broken

It happens rarely, but the postal service is not gentle with magic. Message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement where one exists, or another resolution that feels fair. For one-of-a-kind pieces (which can't be replaced by definition), we'll sort out a solution together.
