Privacy Policy

This is a small shop run by one person, me, Kailer. I collect only what I need to get your crystals to you, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it any time. Here's exactly what happens to your information.

When you place an order

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site. Stripe passes me your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. I keep that order record so I can ship your order, answer questions about it, and handle returns.

If you start checkout and leave before paying, Stripe tells me, and I may get the email or phone number you typed so I can check whether something went wrong. I won't add you to a mailing list.

Your basket

The items in your basket are saved in your own browser, so they're still there when you come back. That information stays on your device until you check out or clear it.

Visitor statistics

I use Vercel Web Analyticsto count page visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. It shows me totals like how many people visited a page and which country they came from.

Etsy

Many pieces here are also listed in myEtsy shop. This site uses the Etsy API to keep listings and Etsy reviews up to date. Reviews are shown without the reviewer's full name. If you buy on Etsy, Etsy's ownprivacy policy applies to that order.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe for payment, the shipping carrier for your address, and the companies that host this site and its database. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't use advertising trackers.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

Email me at enchanted.earth.emporium25@gmail.com and I'll tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it. The exception is anything I'm legally required to keep for tax records.
